Mother's Tree Japan is a non-profit organization that actively offers various services to support foreign women living in Japan from pregnancy through delivery to child-rearing.
Mother's Tree Japan website offers a foreign version of Birth Plan, i.e, a format for you to write down your plans and wishes for your delivery: what you want to do during pregnancy and delivery, what you do NOT want to do during pregnancy and delivery, what you plan to do for better health and growth of your baby, etc. It will help you communicate your wishes and feelings clearly to the doctor or the midwife, making your delivery much smoother. Available languages are English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Burmese (Myanmarese), Bengali, Nepalese, and Arabic. Tap below for a copy.
